Amanda Besemer is founder and CEO of Hearts + Hara, a strategic advisory and AI implementation firm serving Fortune 500 enterprises, institutional investors, and high-growth ventures navigating transformation.
She has architected three successful exits, including to
BCG BrightHouse, where she pioneered purpose-driven strategy frameworks, and driven operational transformations across consumer product goods, digital media, biotech, technology, transportation, and old-guard sectors generating measurable enterprise value.
As investment bank executive director, she raised capital and forged institutional partnerships with firms including Kleiner Perkins. Her advisory work spans AI-native product development, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence for enterprise clients including The Coca-Cola Company, MetLife, and Kimberly-Clark.
Her work in technology includes IoT solutions featured on Apple's platform, launch strategy for the first direct-to-consumer BRCA genetic home test kit and authoring the NIH's foundational definition of bioinformatics.
